Who can buy uniforms from the site?
Only Lindbergh Academy members are authorized to make purchases on the site. During checkout, you must enter the student's first and last name.
What payment methods are accepted for purchasing uniforms?
The accepted payment methods are exclusively bank transfer and cash on delivery. At the time of purchase, you can choose the preferred option and receive all the information necessary to complete the payment.
How can I place an order on the site?
To place an order, log in to the site and select the uniform or items you need, add them to your cart and proceed to checkout. During checkout, you will be asked to confirm your payment method and provide your details.
Can I change or cancel an order after it has been placed?
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. The ability to change or cancel your order depends on the status of your order processing. However, we will do our best to accommodate your request.
What are the expected delivery times for uniforms?
Delivery times may vary depending on item availability. Orders are generally delivered within 10-15 business days of order confirmation. You will receive an email notification once your order has been completed, with collection details.
